All of the following men fought in the French & Indian War as either soldiers or sailors and were from the town of Wareham. They are listed in History of Wareham by the Rev. Noble Warren Everett, which is part of the larger work, History of Plymouth County, Mass. comp. by D. Hamilton Hurd (Philadelphia, PA: J. W. Lewis & Co., 1884) and on the Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Monument erected on the Town Green, Wareham, MA, in 1904.
